The rules of the House are not only those required by law, moreover they are those of common sense and mutual respect.. We would ask you to kindly follow the rules below in order to respect our wishes.”

1. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE B&B
(those who do not follow this rule will be asked to leave the room immediately)

2. HOURS
ARRIVAL: Check in is from 16.00 to 20.00 (unless a particular request is made). Arrival time should be communicated 24 hours before in any case. If it is not communicated then complaints cannot be made or refunds requested if guests have to wait. Each guest must show the owner a valid personal identity document in order to be registered legally. If this rule is not observed, it constitutes violation of the penal code and we will be forced to ask you to leave the B&B. Our guests’ data is treated according to the rules in force regarding privacy.
DEPARTURE: The room must be left free by 10.00 of the date of departure. If the guest fails to leave the room by 10.00 they will be charged another day’s stay.

3. BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 08.00 to 09.30 in the kitchen of the home. If guests do not require breakfast, please comunicate this by the day of arrival. The Breakfast is continental are referred to in the Regional Ligurian law with packaged products.

4. ROOMS
Everything you need is in the rooms. In order to allow cleaning to take place every day, please leave it free by 10.30. Bed linen is changed after the third night’s stay.

° Any damage to the structure or contents is charged to the guest.
° Guests are kindly asked to not leave valuables unattended inside the room.
° We do not take any responsibility for any theft for stolen items, personal effects and so on.
